PES Ultimate Data Explorer by barcafan

Program is aimed to enhance the convenience of editing .bin and .img files of PES.
The main features:
- Edit files and blocks in the HEX mode without using zlib / unzlib
- Import and export blocks of unnamed_ *. bin files
- Edit *. img files by import and export unnamed_*.bin
- Interface similar to GGS
Additional libraries used in this tool:

buat ngedit file bin PES..
sama kaya Game Graphic Studio..
cuma lebih lebih lengkap karena ada fitur hex-editing & DPOW (base 3d) editor

kalo akang ngerti hex-editing bisa dibilang "bisa untuk ngedit semua file bin di PES"
tapi kalo ga ngerti hex-editing, berarti cuman bisa difungsikan seperti GGS, untuk preview, ekstrak, eksport & import file bin yang ada di PES. untuk nantinya di edit make tools lainnya..
