ane sekedar mahu share tutorial transparency (bikin anting 3d di face buatan kita)

Tutorial Transparency

1. Because we have 2 different ears (one with and the other one without the earring), we have to make two ears on texture, one for each ear.

2a. Easier way to make transparent part is to have our texture on single layer and then to cut off that part that surrounds the earring. Now, we can save texture as *.png and import it in our *.bin with "Game Graphic Studio" or "PES Ultimate Data Explorer".

2b. The other way to make the same thing is to go to Channel tab in Photoshop and create a new channel.

2b. That channel's name is "Alpha 1" and it is black.

2b. What that means is that our texture is completely transparent now. You see, white color is opacity, and black is transparency. Other shades of grey means only partly transparent. We want to have opaque texture and transparent area around the earring. So, everything has to be white except one small part, like this:

2b. Now, we can save texture as *.dds. To make that, you have to install NVIDIA Plug-in for Adobe Photoshop Download. This plugin is great because you can open and save *.dds files using Photoshop and choose to delete all MIP maps so your face looks more realistic. While saving, choose this settings:

We can import *.dds into *.bin using "PES Ultimate Data Explorer"
3. Now, we're in Blender! UV map has to look like this:

4. But now, there's a problem with the model because it looks weird:

It doesn't matter! Grab these two vertices and adjust them!

You have to select them while in 'textured mode' because we do not want to select these two vertices (this is the view from back):

We want to select just the front ones.
This is it! Maybe I skipped some steps (PES UDE or how to make UV map for each ear separately), but I can explain that or any other thing that is not clear to you if you don't know.

Cara mengkopi wifeframe yang ada di UV Image Editor

1. First of all, you need to have texture with two ears, of course. You can easily do that in Photoshop. Just copy one ear and paste it like on next picture:

2. Now, we're in Blender... Be sure you're in Wireframe mode and select just one ear. It doesn't matter it is sloppy selection because we'll fix it in next step. Just be sure you selected all ear dots.

3. Now, go to UV Editor and there turn on "Sync UV and Mesh Selection" button.
4. Then deselect all the dots I market with red ('B' and then 'Alt' while selecting), and leave those I marked with blue.

5. And now simply translate those dots on new ear.

saya udah pernah nyoba tutor anting transperancy, tapi yg susah pada saat nambah Alpha Layers, ada yg tau kenapa setiap nambah Alpha Layers selalu ga pas?
